AI solutions
AI that fits
a real business workflow.
Rillbridge develops AI-assisted tools for finding information, extracting structured data and supporting repeatable tasks. Our team starts with a defined use case, the right source material and a way to check whether the output is useful.
Where AI can help
Start with the task.
Then choose the approach.
AI can be useful when a workflow involves unstructured documents, repeated interpretation or searching across an agreed knowledge source. We assess the source data, expected output and cost of a wrong answer before deciding what to build.
Knowledge retrieval
Search and answer workflows over approved information, with source references where available. Retrieval and access rules are designed around the material each user is allowed to see.
Structured extraction
Turn agreed document types into defined fields for review or downstream processing. Validation checks separate complete outputs from missing, inconsistent or uncertain information.
Workflow assistance
Prepare summaries, draft responses or proposed next steps inside an existing process. Human approval and action boundaries are made explicit before the system connects to operational tools.
Possible project scopes
Make one workflow more useful.
Start with a specific task and a representative set of inputs. These examples show where a first solution can fit.
An internal knowledge assistant
Retrieve relevant passages from a defined document collection, present references and give a clear fallback when the available material does not support an answer.
A document review queue
Extract agreed fields from incoming documents, flag incomplete records and give an operator a review step before approved data enters another system.
A support drafting tool
Prepare a response using approved guidance and the current request. Your team reviews the draft before sending it, with handoff when the question falls outside the agreed scope.
Evaluation before expansion
Show what works.
Expose what needs review.
We begin with representative examples and an agreed evaluation approach. A bounded prototype helps establish feasibility before deeper integration. Acceptance checks cover useful outputs, failures and the operational effort needed to run the solution.
- Retrieval relevance, source grounding and behavior when information is missing.
- Output structure, unsupported answers and the route to human review.
- Access boundaries, untrusted document instructions and permitted tool actions.
- Response time, usage costs and a plan for revisiting evaluation when inputs change.
AI questions
Make the limits
part of the design.
Do we need to train our own model?
Not necessarily. A retrieval workflow, structured prompting or a conventional software rule may fit the task. We evaluate the requirement before adding model training or infrastructure.
Can the AI take actions automatically?
Action permissions depend on the workflow and consequence of mistakes. We define allowed actions, approval steps, failure handling and review requirements before enabling any operational integration.
What data is needed to begin?
A small representative set of approved inputs, examples of good outputs and known edge cases. You also need permission to use the material and agreement on where it may be processed.
Can you guarantee every answer is correct?
No. Evaluation, source references, validation and human review reduce specific risks, but model outputs can still be wrong. The solution needs a clear fallback and an owner for reviewing failures.
